Dysfunctional apartment building masquerading as luxury
Pros
Lots of natural light from big windows, "fancy" appliances, keyless entry, location (corner)
Cons
Management (including super), virtually no upkeep has been done on appliances so they're all in bad shape
Advice to the owners
Lessen the load of buildings your super has so he has enough time to be present for each one.

Nice building but horrible management

bad management - constant trash on the roof and vomit on the stairs. also did not have hot water for 3~4 days
