First floor vibes
Pros
It is close to the train station and stores.
Cons
When it rains, I get a water leak on the first floor. My shade fell due to too much water on the wall. I would not be surprised if this building is falling apart. The basement constantly gets flooded. The management sends a person to fix the person without informing you.

Pros
- quiet area - good light sources - central heat and air
Cons
- the owners, the owners, the owners. - quick fixes instead of actual repairs - neighbors will play loud music but then complain about you
Advice to the owners
- reply to your emails and requests for communication - have some empathy - BE RESPONSIVE
