Overall a nice building
Pros
Location is really nice. Relatively nicely priced.
Cons
Building is old, no in unit laundry but I would rent again

Pros
My family had a happy time here, no significant problems to report and friendly neighbors
Cons
Didn’t like the partitions we had instead of some walls
