No live in super or washer dryer in building

Small but Sweet!
Pros
Loved the neighborhood, community, and maintenance. All my neighbors were kind and caring!
Cons
Sometimes the heat was either too hot or not hot enough, and recently the door’s buzzer has been acting up. Other than that, love the building!
