Pests and water issues

Rent is on the cheaper side
Cons
Lots of roaches and mice. The water comes out brown often, and the water pressure is non-existent. The showers are either boiling hot or freezing cold, there's no in between and the temp fluctuates every few seconds.

It’s fine, nothing special, a regular walkup building.

Mice, bad water pressure, very iffy hot water.
