Very clean, modern, and well organized. Repairs done promptly and professionally.

Rowdy and noisy neighbors.

Try to enforce house rule infractions such as loud tvs and smoking.

Value Property Near the Water
Pros
Rent is a good value for this area (and the growth it has experienced over the years) Close to the ferry and waterfront. Nice walk to Astoria Park. Quiet and safe neighborhood.
Cons
Rooftop is grange and needs an overhaul. Gym needs upgraded equipment.
Advice to the owners
INVEST in the property.
