Pros
Small building, not many tenants, community feel.
Cons
Plumbing problems, cleanliness in hallway, time it takes to respond to building problems.
Advice to the owners
Have a more consistent super, plumber and building maintenance.

Bad landlord with no mercy

I live on the first floor
Cons
The landlord Harras the tenants buy turning off the boiler all the times for three years now. He rather get fines than do the right thing. Unhuman
