Solid apartment overall
Pros
Good building overall, no pests, tenant controls heat, great shower pressure, close to subway. While I lived there, was relatively cheap. Great neighborhood!
Cons
Building didn’t seem to follow legal codes (e.g. I had to buy my own CO detector). Changed owners 3 times while I lived there 7 years. Terrible Management of garbage - tenants often had to take out their own garbage but neighbors would do a terrible job.
