Fantastic pre war building on the UWS
Pros
Friendly neighbors and great location. Great units that are spacious.
Cons
$$$. Not only will the mortgage payments most likely be substantial, but the maintenance fees are around $3,000 a month (and will likely continue to rise a certain % every year). So even if the place if fully paid off, you still have a substantial monthly payment.

well maintained condominium
Pros
friendly staff, clean, laundry, gym, quiet neighbors.
Cons
drafty windows no one will fix. drafts from the HVAC, amenities closed (courtyard, gym for 1+ years during COVID)
Advice to the owners
the courtyard is nothing compared to being steps from Riverside Park.
