Slow responsiveness means bad apartment
Pros
Great location, very close to almost every train in Manhattan. Very pretty looking apartments.
Cons
Responsiveness from the super was slow. Had many days without hot water. Also had many days without heat in the winter. All without word from the super or property manager.

Poor up keep of the building.
Pros
Pre-war charm and large windows. Good location for public transportation.
Cons
Weeks without heat or hot water. Poor waste management. Slow response from management.
Advice to the owners
Take care of your building.
