charming and historic park slope brownstone that could be managed much better
Pros
-excellent location, right near the Q and prospect park -beautiful facade and charming exterior -historic detail (those hundred-year-old marble fireplaces)
Cons
-had an ongoing issue with pests (ants, roaches) -shabby and poorly lit stairwell

-Lacking in amenities like dishwasher and laundry -Some apartments could use renovations and updating -Neighborhood can be questionable at night
