Old building but okay units
Pros
The unit was relatively well maintained. Super is responsive and helpful
Cons
The building is old and staircases and hallways are often dirty. The units are cold in the winter as the radiator rarely turns on, even if it is it doesn’t remain running for that long. The walls/floors are quite thin, so you would not only hear your neighbors but also feel the apartment shake when they walk or run.
Advice to the owners
They should check if the radiator are properly working in accordance to local regulations. Mentain the cleanliness of the building

Garbage is out front for prompt pickup.
Cons
Everything else. Building is cleaned once every three months, mice, roaches and other vermin are quite comfortable.
Advice to the owners
Come to your building every so often so you can witness these things for yourself; manager only comes by when a apartment needs to be rented or a major problem detected and trust me, it must be major. Never interacts with the tenants, ask for feedback and not just receive complaints.
