One month Airbnb stay
Pros
- location was convenient to the C and local grocery / coffee shop - people managing the airbnb were great, very friendly - nothing was broken, everything worked fine.
Cons
- the basement laundry room wasn't well kept. the washer also broke down at one point.

Air BnB, no gas and haunted
Pros
This place is newly renovated and clean-looking. Non-working stoves on every floor make it a pain to walk the halls, but it's ok.
Cons
No gas the entire time I was there. Building is apparently all Air BnB listings. Owners are stuck up, selfish and cleanliness snobs. And if you can believe it, place is haunted. A whole family died in a fire here.
Advice to the owners
Sell it to someone better.
