Nice apartments, horrible management
Pros
Apartments were large and rent stabilized. Free laundry in basement and roof access (might have changed since 2022)
Cons
Garbage all over the stoop, tons of rats on the block because of it. Management could not care less about responding to issues until you withhold rent

-Close to public transport -Friendly neighbors -Spacious apartments -Reasonable rent
Cons
-Absolutely no communication with owners -Nonexistent maintenance services
