Tons of pests and very loud

Gorgeous unit and awesome landlord
Cons
The tenants in the building do not clean and have pests (roaches and mice) that come into your apt even if you’re very clean and have a cat. They’re also very loud at all hours.
Advice to the owners
Monthly or bi weekly exterminator

Nice pre war apartments with incompetent management company
Pros
My apartment is spacious, lots of natural light and great layout. The furnishings are older but generally work fine.
Cons
The issue is when something does go wrong it takes the management comapny forever to do anything and acts extremely unprofessional.
Advice to the owners
Get a new management company, invest in another handyman or get professionals to do some required updates.
