Rats outside in the trash, mice in the building that the management refuses to take seriously.

Pros
Quiet and cozy units. Quiet and nice unit neighbors. Water and head is fairly good and internet never gives us trouble. Nice laundry and dryers and easy to use in building.
Cons
Not renovated and certain things prone to breakage. Big cockroaches. Management isn't very responsive.
