Owner Managed lack of responsibility

Close to transportation Great bakery around the corner Some great neighbors
Cons
Owner managed but lack of responsibility Poor cleaning Poor water pressure Poor garbage maintenance Lack of heat and hot water The owner made his daughter the Super of the building but all she does is sleep and smoke weed all day. The place smells awful Lacking updates Rent check only interest the owner
Advice to the owners
Hire a manager and real super to maintain the building

Street noise in front of bodega Occasional mice and roaches

See if you can get rid of the drunks in front of the building They buy alcohol at bodega and then loiter and it’s creepy
