Maintenance staff fast to respond

Maintenance staff fast to respond and help if there is an issue. Support at all hours.
Cons
exterminator rarely came to the building so we had to constantly spray the apartment with roach killer

Pros
Great price and great location, and this will trump most other issues. Management is friendly and responsive.
Cons
Maintenance and bug issues.
Advice to the owners
Some pretty extensive renovations are long over due
