Overall great experience
Pros
Building is in a good location and is in general well-maintained. Staff at the building is kind and incredibly helpful. Tenants can sign up for monthly visits from an exterminator. Overall was a really great experience living in the building and experienced very few problems!
Cons
Did not always communicate to tenants about loud construction happening on the building. Old appliances in some apartments. Recently it seems to be a strategy of the owners to hike up rent on tenants - getting them in at lower prices and then raising rent a lot in a future year.

-Laundry in building -Trash disposal and recycling on each floor -Locked package room -Parttime doorman
Cons
-Repairs get completed, but sometimes in a delayed manner
