decent unit, but bad water pressure, walls, and mgmt
Pros
the unit itself was decently remodeled and clean.
Cons
water pressure sucks huge ass. thin walls. construction was still ongoing spring 2022. “management” took over 1/3 of my security deposit for “cleaning, painting and prepping” even though i left it quite clean. i did break my lease, but “management” took that opportunity to raise rent over $300/mo. i didn’t have time to do a walk through but i would recommend you do so to make sure you get your entire deposit back.

Nice first apartment
Pros
Nice area, close to all necessities. Everyone seems to keep to themselves.
Cons
The buzzer/intercom does not seem to work for any of the units
Advice to the owners
Check the intercom system
