Quiet, clean, friendly neighbors, quick to respond to maintenance. I love living here.
Cons
Currently has a big pest problem :(

Management very unresponsive to problems or repairs, loud neighbors, packages often stolen
Advice to the owners
Manage the building better. Be more attentive to tenants needs and problems
