Cute apartment with A+ landlords and great value
Pros
This was our first apartment in Bushwick and we really lucked out. The landlords are well-known for being super responsive and understanding (look up Isidore Miller).
Cons
The only downside here is not unique to this apartment: Living on Dekalb Ave. means a lot of noise pollution, dirty streets, and rats.

Amazing building and management
Pros
Super friendly landlord and building manager. Very responsive. Kitchen was recently renovated which made the whole space that much better.
Cons
Some noise coming from the avenue but honestly it’s not bad.
