Love my building

Pros

Well-kept building: hallways, elevator and main entrance always clean. Super is friendly and always available. Reported concerns are addressed quickly. (Clogged drained + busted kitchen vent) Hot water always available. Heat is consistent. No rodents/bugs/bed bugs in my own unit. Can’t speak for other units.

Cons

Apartments are expensive.

Please Lower rent.
