Cons
- Package Pile-Up: People just don't pick up their packages on time, making the room a cluttered mess. - Cemetery Views: The rooftop view includes a cemetery, so it's either cool or creepy, depending on how you feel about it. - Queens Blvd Noise: Some folks get rowdy out there and can make a disturbance. - High Energy Bills: No idea why, but the energy costs here are more than you'd expect. - Missing Amenities: Would be nice to have a gym or lounge, but no luck here. - Laundry Room Issue: Pet owners aren't careful with the shared laundry machines. Locarion is very convenient, decent building.
