Quiet street, well-maintained building
Pros
The super when I lived there was responsive and always took care of the garbage. Whenever we had a problem, they were quick to address it.
Cons
Sometimes the super didn't answer his phone, so you would have to find him in person. I also found 1-2 large cockroaches in the bathroom.
