Pros
- Laundry in building - Convenient, walkable location - Responsive landlord - Rent controlled - Spacious apartments - High ceilings
Cons
- No recycling bins - Units are not climate controlled well, you will have extremely high electric bills in winter and summer - Constant noise from downstairs businesses
