fantastic landlord, safe and clean apt
Pros
quick maintenance repairs hallway and building weekly cleaning rent hikes over the years
Cons
can’t control the heat, it’s controlled by the building thermostat. was difficult to manage when living here

Great place to live
Pros
The building is well maintained and the super is so kind! They respond really fast and take care of the apartment building really well.
Cons
6th floor walk up and the water is shut down a lot for maintenance. Usually only for a few hours though.
