Not bad not great
Pros
Clean, no pests, great location
Cons
Landlords are unresponsive and apathetic. Old appliances, rental-typical thick white paint over everything.
Advice to the owners
Don’t build an AC unit into the wall if you’re going to make me pay for it when it breaks

Misleadingly Good Units
Pros
Good location, quiet neighborhood, near subway
Cons
Building management takes a while to fix things, no area to store trash so you have to hold it in your unit, things break weekly, poorly maintained building, no on site super, radiators are really old so they hiss loudly
Advice to the owners
Get a trash collection space
