A nice building
Pros
Good rent prices, and a quiet neighborhood
Cons
The heat is centrally controlled so there's no way to adjust it yourself. But the landlord does a pretty good job of keeping it in a good temperature range.
Advice to the owners
Laundry in the basement would be amazing :)
