Nearby buses to Brooklyn. Landlord listens to needs.
Cons
Far from everything. Even getting a beer is a bit of a walk. Buses are unreliable after the morning rush. Feels far from everything without a car. Subway is far. You’ll live next to Brooklyn and still struggle to get there.
