Pros
It would be great for landlord to be more open about dogs and keep apartments more renovated!
Cons
Building is more than old! Be careful with cockroaches!
Advice to the owners
Owner should be open more for people who earn less than 85k because we are paying rents. Or if he or she want this kind of people at least make this apartments better! All of us know what is good space!
