Nice community building
Pros
Nice community. Kids trick or treat together at Halloween. Great storage units.
Cons
Much of the old facilities have been shut down, such as kids playroom and the back yard.

Great Building, Wish The Noise Would Stop
Pros
Its very bright and has a lot of charming design features. I like that there is laundry, a quick and reliable elevator, and the super is very friendly and always doing work around the building to make it nice.
Cons
There was construction the whole time I lived here, and it still continues. If you are on the front side of the building you're fine, but the back side has been very loud. Also, the super often leaves us on read with issues regarding our apartment.
