Major heat issues, terrible management company
Pros
No pest problems
Cons
Did not have heat for a large portion of the winter. Management is incredibly unresponsive. Refused to provide concessions I was legally entitled to.

Respond to your tenants.

Good location near the subway and various restaurants and bars
Cons
Dirty, no care for upkeep, broken buzzer for years, exterminator never shows
Advice to the owners
Let the management company fix the building and the apartments
