It was a great place to live.
Pros
The building was very clean and I rarely had any issues with management.
Cons
I do not recall running into any issues where we needed management.

Gem location and good management
Pros
Best block in ny. Apts are nicely renovated with exposed brick and owners keep the rent reasonable.
Cons
I have moved from one of their properties to another. They have different owners but the qualification requirements are high. Would have appreciated being recognized as a good tenant with them already rather than go through the application process again, but I get it.
Advice to the owners
Super could speak better English, but he is very responsive.
