It’s an ok building.
Pros
Front door is always locked.
Cons
No rain cover on top of the entrance.
Advice to the owners
Ask what can be improved in the building and be more open minded.

Mice Bugs Noisy neighbors (not screened) No elevator Lack of heat Terrible apartment condition and no repairs
