BEST management team in NYC
Pros
Where do I start! The management team really makes all the difference, but the unit was roomy, clean, updated, and maintained incredibly well. I felt safe and sound here. It's a stunning unit and probably the best one I have lived in yet.
Cons
On occasion there were leaks in the basement, but this is standard with units in this area, and our management team helped immediately.
Advice to the owners
Keep doing you! You're the best in the game!

Pros
New reno, good appliances, fair pricing, good communication with management.
Cons
Wish it was bigger? IDK it's NYC. I don't have any valid cons, honestly.
