Building is quiet on the southside, large windows with lots of natural light, roof deck, fairly quiet building.
Cons
Above a crunch gym so you’ll usually hear people on the weights. However, the worst part about this building is the property manager, Omar Padial. He has literally made living here extremely uncomfortable and and I don’t feel like I can enjoy my home here because Omar is so crazy and with threaten to nonrenewal my lease for absolutely no reason he’s just cranky and likes to take it out on tenants in the building because it gives him a power trip.
Advice to the owners
This is advice for the property owner not the property management company Jordan Cooper… Either get rid of Omar or get rid of Jordan Cooper altogether and find a new property manager that actually works with the tenants and makes them feel comfortable in their own homes. I’d hate for anyone else to have to go through what I had to this past year dealing with Omar.
