Nice but loud
Pros
Generally clean building, good super and pet friendly.
Cons
Very loud neighbors. Make sure to take advantage of the pest control otherwise you will have issues. Heats inconsistent.

It's decent, but could be better

It's decent for what it is. Nice neighbors.
Cons
At the time, noise levels were too much with lots of loud music all hours of the night.
