Rent controlled units available, spacious, lots of families with children and pets, good appliances

Dirty stairs and halls, roaches and mice complaints from tenants, loud music, yelling, thin walls

The Unbiased Truth
Pros
The building is clean and neighbors are great. The super is amazing. Laundry in basement.
Cons
You don’t control own your heat. Pets are not allowed. Landlord doesn’t know how to communicate and is abrasive, speaks before thinking and never prepared with receipts.
