Landlord could careless
Pros
Has open acess rooftop, gym available and laundry. Small amount of apartments means few neighbors
Cons
Landlord does not fix problems. Tells you to deal with roaches on your own. Patches leaks but doesn't fix the main problem. Very argumentive.

Nice appliances, new bathroom
Cons
Neighbors always played music outside, bugs were biting me in my sleep, heat wasn’t working some days during the winter
