- Convenient location - Newly renovated unit - Decent amount of space
Cons
- Mouse infested building - Issues with roaches in dishwasher - Loud upstairs neighbors - Hiked rent up by 30% two years in a row

Get the building infestation under control and actually value your tenants instead of pricing them out.
