It’s ok got what it is
Pros
Is close to public transportation and some stores.
Cons
Issues are usually never resolved, the building has mold and neighbors are loud.
Advice to the owners
Listen to your tenants and make the building livable.

Worn out building falling apart due to poor management
Pros
A lot of Food options in the area and free parking in the back of the building
Cons
Off and on heat and hot water. Dirty building poorly maintained. Incompetent superintendent cannot fix anything. Bad plumbing issues and flooding issues.
Advice to the owners
Get a new superintendent.
