Pros
Loved everything about living at this Gateway Arms building. Highly recommend to anyone moving to Staten Island!
Cons
Commute on the ferry to the city can be tough, but the location is great - close to the outlets, SI ferry, express buses, etc.

I'd Recommend This Place
Pros
Close to ferry. Fairly quiet. Responsive management and superintendent.
Cons
Heating in apartments. It's Staten Island and cut off from subways.
Advice to the owners
Energy efficiency is D. Heat is a consistent problem. Packages get stolen. Those are my only complaints. I approve of all the renovations. Building and parking lot looks much nicer.
