Great place but too small for what you pay
Pros
New appliances, great location, the best rooftop in the city.
Cons
Small and not a lot of storage. Also, the A/C bill in the summer for a 1bed 700 sq/ft apartment was almost $500 in July. Usually its around $350, but needless to say it is not energy efficient at all and you're paying for top dollar for rent already. They bait you in with a lower rent and increase it to absurd levels.
Advice to the owners
Focus on retention and not just new renters

Great Experience From the Start
Pros
Responsive management team, great building amenities, clean, nice units with great furnishings.
Cons
Somewhat expensive, elevators can be somewhat slow at times.
