Staff rude, unresponsive and aggressive. Do not come on the phone or respond

Ideally located. No rodents.
Cons
Building heat problematic. In 5 F temperatures over the winter spell apartment was usually at 65 F
Advice to the owners
Revamp staff and customer service sensitization. Address heat issues to a minimum of 68 F as per policy.

Free Heat My Ass
Pros
Quiet block, nice neighbors.
Cons
Absolutely no heat in the apartment, what a joke. I froze throughout winter. Management made no effort to help rectify the situation. Also absurdly overpriced for what it is.
Advice to the owners
Listen to your tenants and provide livable heat if you’re going to offer it for free.
