Amazing neighbors there
Pros
Neighbors are amazing people, time to time stoop parties. Super is very responsive. No major issues with bugs

No laundry in-site

Don't waste your time
Pros
Outdoor space is wonderful
Cons
Poorly maintained, mgmt doesn't do anything and they're quite rude. Impossible to heat or cool well (bad windows) and it costs a fortune during the winter and you'll still use space heaters. Lots of leaks and cracked floor tile. Ants and roaches downstairs constantly.
Advice to the owners
Put some time and money into the building before it's too late.
