No serious issues but not well managed
Pros
Neighbors are nice, Nice area, Traders Joes a block away Well-priced... for now No serious issues, just constant little ones.
Cons
Roaches have been an issue since the beginning. Its not bad enough, just annoying despite many photos sent to super. Mice have been a problem recently, with quick responses but they still get through the prevention tactics. Leaks and mold as well, documented for almost a year with no real solution only bandaid fixes. All of this has been documented yet they are still raising rent about 15-20% each year. Ridiculous.
Advice to the owners
Stop doing bandaid fixes and spend money on long term fixes and upkeep the building more. Maybe then people would be willing to spend an absurd amount of money for a closet.
Live with mice like Cinderella
Pros
The garbage management of the apartment & overall cleanliness was well maintained
Cons
Completely pest infested. Mice problem for 4+ months and would see several during the daytime
