Major pest control problem.
Pros
Close to industry city with easy commute with different color subway line.
Cons
Like the title mentioned the pest control in this building is a huge problem. The building is so close to the highway that the building shakes none stop. But I guess humans are creatures of adjusting to things. So after awhile, you don't notice the shaking as much.

Good location but needs work
Pros
Great location Clean Good neighbors for the most part
Cons
Building was starting to fall apart. Leaks from apartments above. Heat didn’t work for a good portion of last winter
Advice to the owners
Spend money to maintain the building
