Decent living in residential area
Pros
Quiet buildings nestled within residential area Street parking Adequate heat
Cons
Walk up but only 2-3 stories Rental agents have nasty attitudes Getting maintenance done can be like pulling teeth
Advice to the owners
Get new agents/staff in office and teach them how to have sense of urgency and how to deal with the clients they serve (residents)

Lived here my whole life
Pros
Maintenance is always on top of the garbage and it’s easy to schedule repairs.
Cons
Some of the neighbors are sketchy and the office can’t really do anything about it no matter how much you complain.
