Loud and Smelly

Close to grocery stores, laundry, restaurants
Cons
The landlord barely speaks English, her grandchildren screaming and running around the apartment can be heard on every floor, all cooking odors, cigarette and 420 smoke from basement apartment seep into the first floor apartment. It’s right next to the subway.
Advice to the owners
Maybe you should just rent to family members.
